Once you’ve found a property you’re interested in, give us a call to arrange a viewing at a time that suits you. We’re open 6 days a week - Monday to Saturday.
Yes you can for certain properties. Call us now to find out whether the property you are interested in allows pets and if so, what types.
Most of our properties are unfurnished, although some come furnished. You can find out whether a property is furnished by looking at the property description located within the advert. If you’re not sure, give us a call.
Once you’ve found the property you want, you will be asked to pay a £300 holding deposit. This secures the property for you while references and signing the tenancy agreement are sorted out. This amount is then deducted from your security deposit.
We don’t charge our tenants any renewal fees.
We will need photo identification, employment information and a reference from your employer and a previous landlord (if you’ve had one). We will also undertake a credit check. If you need a guarantor, we will need the same references from them.
If your property is managed by Alan Ives, the rent will include our property management service, including prompt resolution of any issues by our team and local contractor network.
Alongside the rent you will need to pay for utility costs such as heating, electricity and water, and you will also need to pay Council Tax.
No problem, so long as every adult occupant is named on the tenancy agreement. If you need to change sharers, let us know by email or telephone.
When you’ve signed the tenancy agreement you will need to pay a security deposit, which is usually equivalent to six weeks rent. The holding deposit you will have already paid will be deducted from this amount. You will also need to pay the first month’s rent in advance.
You can move in as soon as the tenancy agreement is signed and the monies have been received.
